All dimensions in millimetres. Layers: CUT (red) · ENGRAVE (blue). Kerf compensation offsets the beam path by kerf/2 — outer contours grow, holes shrink; measure your machine's kerf on scrap first. Gears: ISO 21771 / DIN 867 basic rack, true trochoidal (rack-generated) root fillets. Pulleys: SDP/SI groove profiles. Splines: ISO 4156 / ANSI B92.1, 30° pressure angle.
